Here at TG Supplies, we wish to ensure that all goods supplied meet the needs of our customers. Should you need to return an item(s) to us, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined below.

FAULTY GOODS

  • If your goods are faulty your are entitled to a replacement or repair.
  • All items (unless otherwise stated) come with a 12 month warranty
  • If you have a faulty item, please notify TG Supplies by email using our Contact Us page
  • Provide us with the order #, the item and a brief description of the fault
  • Customers can then opt to:
    • pay the shipping costs involved in returning the item(s) to our premises

CHANGE OF MIND

  • Customers have 14 days form receiving their order to return the goods to us for a full refund of the cost of the item (excluding the delivery fee)
  • Please notify TG Supplies by email using our Contact Us page
  • Provide us with the order #, the item and detail your intention to return the product
  • Customers can then opt to:
    • pay the shipping costs involved in returning the item(s) to our premise or suppliers premises.
  • Customers must return the goods where they are fit for resale and in its original and undamaged packaging.
  • Refunds can only be paid on the same payment card or paypal account used to place the order.

CONDITIONS

  • TG Supplies reserves the right to inspect all returned goods
  • Your statutory rights are not affected
